Here’s an easy cookie dough recipe to help you start with.
- 125g butter, softened
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/4 cup custard powder
- Mix butter, sugar and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Add egg. Beat until well-mixed.
- Sift flour and custard powder over butter mixture. Blend well.
- Wrap and refrigerate until well-chilled. Your cookie dough is ready!
